Were a young, energetic, and growing company with big ambitions and were looking for a talented Finance & Administration Officer to help us achieve them.About the roleThis role underpins the finance and administration functions across the Mangoesmapping Holdings group of companies (including Mangoesmapping, Map Gear and Farm Doctors). Youll play a key role in keeping our financial and administrative operations running smoothly, while supporting our leadership team with accurate reporting, compliance, and proactive business insights.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day finance functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and BAS preparationPrepare monthly reports, budgets, and analysis to support decision-makingMaintain financial compliance and liaise with external accountants as requiredProvide professional administrative support to the General Manager and wider teamBe the first point of contact for customers, delivering the outstanding Mangoesmapping experienceContribute to the development of our Quality Management and Integrated Management SystemsSupport a culture of continuous improvementRequirementsCertificate or Bachelors degree in business, finance, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3-years experience in a finance and administration roleProficiency with Xero (or similar) and strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasksStrong attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive mindsetPositive, enthusiastic, and aligned with our values of integrity, innovation, and customer successWere not just another company were a team of motivated, independent thinkers making a real impact.
