With one established centre in Oatley and new centres opening soon, this role will be pivotal in leading our services through an exciting phase of expansion. About Us: Mustard Seed Christian Childcare is a Christian not-for-profit which exists to help local churches reach their communities with the good news of Jesus Christ, and to provide high quality, Christian early childhood education and childcare. The Role As a Centre Manager, you will: Oversee operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for educators. Drive enrolments and foster strong, trusting family relationships. Guide curriculum delivery and pedagogy to ensure alignment with the EYLF and NQS. Manage staffing, HR processes, and performance development. Step in to provide coverage as required. Lead quality improvement planning and continuous service development. Support the broader network as new centres open (e.g., support, mentoring and advice for operational transitions and new centre managers). About You Were seeking a dynamic and supportive leader who brings: Demonstrated Christian character. Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia. A Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification. Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor, preferably in a larger service. A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC). Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certifications. A thorough understanding of the EYLF, NQF, compliance frameworks, and current best practices in early childhood education. Preferred: Strong skills in HR, staffing, enrolments, and operational management; a collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others; excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
