Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will drive financial performance, risk, assurance, and innovation across a diverse international education portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, providing strategic advice to the Executive Team, while championing AI-enabled systems and predictive analytics to future-proof the organisation. Youll lead high-performing finance and risk teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and long-term sustainability.About YouYou are an accomplished CFO or senior finance leader with a track record of success in global, complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. CA or CPA qualified, ideally with early career experience in a Big 4 firm or similar environment. You will bring deep expertise in cross border tax, financial management, audit, and risk, coupled with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen. You thrive in dynamic settings, lead with integrity, and inspire high-performing teams. Your ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups sets you apart.
