Specialising in grain-fed beef production, the plant employs approximately 900 employees with a current processing capacity of 945 cattle per day and has a strong reputation for producing high quality grain fed beef for key domestic and international customers.About the RoleJBS Beef City is currently recruiting an Apprentice Fitter to join our Maintenance Team in a full-time capacity (Day shift; Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week). Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisors, we welcome apprentices that have already commenced their Mechanical Fitter apprenticeship within another industry to join us and continue the apprenticeship and training.Below are the rates of pay we offer to our adult apprentices.
