Superior Restoration Services is looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Mold and Fire Restoration jobs as well as heavy duty cleaning from sewer backups, hoarding or estate cleans. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. Not IICRC certified? No problem! For the right candidate, we will train you to become IICRC certified!Responsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and project manager instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave the job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with the project manager and other techniciansQualifications:IICRC certificationExperience in cleaning/restorationExperience serving residential and commercial propertiesValid drivers licenseHigh school diploma/GEDPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locallyBenefits:4 Day Work WeeksPaid time offProfit sharingFlexible SchedulingCompetitive CompensationFully paid Insurance Benefits (Vision/Dental/Medical)Company Gym, Activities, Celebrations, Stocked Break Room #J-18808-Ljbffr
