Established in 2001, Havcon Engineering is a metal fabrication company located in Harvey, Western Australia. We provide metal fabrication, shut down services, Crane Hire and Transport Services to local industries, including the mining sector.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Franna Operator / All Rounder to join our growing team. This is a permanent ongoing role, with an immediate start, based at our Harvey Workshop.Minimum work hours are 6am 4pm Monday - FridayResponsibilities:Franna Operation both in the yard and on-site jobsTransport duties various size vehicles and loads, up to MCWorkshop, Yard and Vehicle cleaning and maintenanceChecking off goods received with accuracy and efficiencyAssisting trades in the workshop as requiredBasic maintenance on workshop equipmentDaily / weekly / monthly Prestarts and inspections on vehicles and equipmentAccurately completing all required paperwork for the roleWorking as part of a teamRequirements:Be located within 100km radius of Harvey, Western Australia (or willing to relocate prior to starting the role)Experience in operating 25t Franna Cranes or similar sizes, in various environments, including on-road useDemonstrated commitment to OH&S and safe work practices.Ability to comply with ongoing Drug & Alcohol policy.HR Drivers LicenceBasic Rigging & Dogging HRWL (as a minimum)Advantageous:Electrical Test and Tag ticketConfined Space (current within 2 years)Working at Heights (current within 2 years)HavCon Engineering is a leading provider for Fabrication, Maintenance and Construction services supporting the mining and industrial sectors in Western Australia.
