Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. First Aid and CPR Certificate. Current National Police Check (Issued within the last 12 months). Up to date vaccinations (3 Covid-19 shots & Annual Flu Shot). Current Drivers Licence. NDIS Worker Check.
