You will work independently within a team, using their expertise to make sure families get smooth and well-organised support. The goal is to create strong connections between families, communities, service providers, and the paediatric team.Solve complex problems, set high standards, and look for ways to meet all the needs of families, especially in rural areas. By thinking holistically, you adapt services to improve outcomes and build trust in the community. The work involves planning, thinking critically, and working closely with people who refer families to the service.Lead projects that fit the needs of the region and look for ways to improve services over time.
