This company is a leading residential builder who is looking to source an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee townhouse developments in the Newcastle region. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to step into a pivotal role with a respected construction company known for quality and innovation.The RoleYoull be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a housing site of up to 20 detached homes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is off the tools and requires a hands-on leader who can supervise subcontractors and site teams, maintain safety compliance, and resolve issues efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed.
