What youll do Be a trusted partner Work closely with teams and leaders across the business, offering financial guidance, coaching, and support to help them understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Turn data into decisions Provide insightful analysis, business cases, and recommendations that influence strategy, improve performance, and ensure resources are used wisely. Lead budgets and forecasts Guide the annual budgeting and forecasting process, making sure assumptions are sound and teams have the tools and KPIs they need to track progress. Bring the numbers to life Deliver timely, accurate, and easy-to-understand reporting that not only highlights performance but also explains what it means for the road ahead. What youll bring Advanced Excel Skills Previous financial exposure in revenue management, financial accounting or similar experience Critical thinking skills with the ability to get the best out of data A collaborative, team-focused mindset CPA or ACA Membership (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
