The role will be 12 month non-ongoing initially with a prospect to become ongoing. Key Responsibilities Partner with business areas to support effective financial management and decision-making. Produce quality reporting on the financial performance of the business areas and business programs. Analyse business data to generate insights that drive resource allocation and financial performance improvement. Ensure financial data integrity by assessing business impacts and resolving inaccuracies. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support their priorities. Lead, manage and develop team members to deliver on business outcomes. Requirements We are seeking motivated accounting and finance professionals with a strong background in Finance Business Partnering to join the team at AUSTRAC. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis expertise. Demonstrated experience in management accounting and financial planning. Proficiency in developing cost baselines and forecasting models. Applied knowledge and experience in funding processes within established frameworks and legislative requirements. Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, TechOne, Sap Finance and/or similar system). Relevant tertiary education or professional certification (e.g. Bachelor of Accounting and Finance) Eligibility Must be an Australian citizen at the time you apply. Will need to undertake AUSTRACs pre-engagement checks. Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing Baseline security clearance.
