In this dynamic role, youll lead early intervention and injury management strategies, champion wellbeing initiatives, and help shape a strong, positive safety culture. Responsibilities Lead early intervention and injury management strategies for Retail and Corporate teams. Champion wellbeing initiatives and drive continuous safety improvements. Support incident investigations, uncover root causes, and provide coaching for teams. Oversee safety incident reporting and ensure timely, meaningful follow-up. Help implement health and safety plans at divisional and group levels. Deliver safety presentations, workshops, and training to engage and connect staff. Promote wellbeing initiatives such as flu vaccinations, physio support, and gym memberships. Provide guidance on WHS legislation, codes of practice, and compliance matters. What Youll Bring Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Completion of RTW Coordinator course or ability to complete. Sound injury management skills with a track record of positive outcomes in Workers Compensation and Income Protection matters. ICAM (or similar) investigation training. Minimum 2 years experience in a related role. Desirable Coaching and auditing experience. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Project Management Certificate.
