Travel both nationally and internationally. Role summary An opportunity has arisen in our Botany, NSW office, for a highly motivated and personable business development manager to join our small and enthusiastic team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing, driving and growing the Engineering sector of the company. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and supply partners Identify new opportunities and oversee project sales from concept through to delivery Provide technical support and consultancy for new and existing projects Lead the service team, and assist with maintenance and support of existing production equipment Research and develop new products & technologies Develop and present proposals for sales opportunities Key account manage customers across Australia and New Zealand Experience and qualifications A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar Proven experience in sales and business development Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Basic knowledge of chemical and manufacturing materials 5-10 years experience in relevant industry Why join us Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exciting projects across diverse industries Professional development and career growth opportunities Small and tight-knit team Employment details Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level EEO / eligibility Only permanent Australian residents will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
