Overview Harvey Norman Cannonvale Warehouse team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Understand the dispatching and receiving of orders Coach staff and liaise with customers to provide exceptional customer service Lead and manage warehouse operations, including the loading of trucks and distribution of goods Ensure a strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner What we require Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form Highly organised with strong time management Experience in warehouse management Ability to operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team Motivated with a great eye for detail Experience checking delivery sheets Effective distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks Strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (essential) What we offer Generous staff discounts Harvey Norman supports career progression with a wide network for professional development An environment where good performance is recognised and rewarded A flexible and positive work environment If this role exhilarates your passion for a new opportunity then please submit your application for consideration.
