Youll take the reins at Shoes & Sox Eastgardens, leading a team of ten in a store thats all about comfort, confidence, and fun. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Youll be the stores captain, coach and cheerleader - making sure every shift runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and customers leave with smiles (and shoes). Lead from the front - inspire your team, drive results, and keep the good vibes going Celebrate the wins, coach through the challenges, and keep your crew feeling proud Keep an eagle eye on sales and store performance - no detail too small Create a store that wows - clean, fun, and visually on-point Stay smart on stock - reduce shrinkage and keep things flowing Champion a safe, supportive, and positive work environment ABOUT YOU You bring the energy, the empathy, and the experience.
