Responsibilities As Director of Operations, oversee all hotel operations to drive revenue, profit, guest satisfaction, and team engagement across guest-centric departments. Strong knowledge of Front Desk operations is a key advantage. Collaborate with the General Manager to craft and navigate the roadmap of key performance indicators. Tailor hotel budgets to achieve strategic milestones. Enhance productivity and payroll efficiency. Orchestrate a seamless guest journey across all departments, including driving the Guest Experience program. Lead the hotel management team to smash targets, control costs, and tackle challenges head-on. Ignite team engagement and drive professional development. Champion Occupational Safety and Health standards. Qualifications / About You Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered). Currently based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate. Experienced hotel operations executive demonstrated success in senior hospitality leadership roles, with strong operational expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Australian market. Commercially astute and outcome-oriented proven ability to deliver five-star service, lead complex large-scale projects, and achieve results in high-pressure, competitive environments.
