Now go anywhere.The RoleAs the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work with our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations of Langlands Restaurant & Bar and the event space Belmarine. Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest enquiries in a courteous manner and bringing your personality to light.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage itemsProvide personalised and outstanding service to all guestsOpen, set up and close the outletHave a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menuSet, clear and reset designated working areasQualificationsAbout you:Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter, preferably in a hotelA current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateAbility to upsell food and beverage combinations and/or alternativesExceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skillsAbility to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysCultureWe Are Team Centric.
