In this role, youll work collaboratively to ensure the network remains safe, reliable, and cost-effective.Key Responsibilities IncludeStudy and interpret technical drawings and network line diagramsUndertake the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirementsEmergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets.About YouThe successful applicant will possess a strong technical knowledge and experience working on overhead and underground line networks as well as exposure to external best practice methods in a comparable environment.Hold a current Tasmania Electrical LicenceGlove & Barrier qualifiedValid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)White/Blue cardThe incumbent may be required to travel within the state, including overnight or longer stays as required and will conduct work outdoors in various types of weather.Why you should work for usWhat we do matters.
