Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking HR and HC Drivers to operate across the Perth Metro region. Available roles include Agitator (HR), Tipper (HC), and Tanker (HC) driving positions.Agitator DriverAs an Agitator driver, you will provide high levels of customer service to clients receiving our products. You will make multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with various people, and no two days will be the same.About The RoleMost days start between 4am and 6am, with drivers working up to 10 hours per day and around 50-55 hours per week. Saturday work is available, paid at overtime rates.A base rate is paid, with overtime rates applying after regular hours. Meal allowances are paid after 10 hours in one shift.Driving an Agi requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with different personalities daily.State-of-the-art technology is provided to ensure safety while driving and to help with route mapping and load tracking.All new starters undergo a 10-day training program before working independently.About YouA minimum of an HR license is required, with previous driving experience preferred.You should enjoy meeting people and be comfortable interacting with new personalities daily.Variety in your working life is a must, as no two days are the same when driving an Agi truck.Take pride in the appearance of your truck, keeping it clean and presenting a positive image of the company.Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.Some trucks have driver weight limits, and you may be required to be under a specified weight for safety reasons.Who We AreHeidelberg Materials has over 150 years of global experience and is one of the largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions.
