Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needsIdentifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients investmentsCarrying out routine property inspectionsDebtor managementPreparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenantsWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout YouPossess an understanding of Residential Tenancy LegislationHold a current drivers licenceHave excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skillsHave a keen eye for detailAre a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skillsAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technologyAbout EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
