OverviewJoin to apply for the Sales Support Merchandise role at Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia.We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandise team member to join our Dalby branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products.Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:ResponsibilitiesPerforming general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. Youll have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:Experience working within a sales environmentEffective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationshipsA proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal sales processesExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookA current drivers license is essential.
