OverviewEnergy Bay is rapidly expanding along the renewable energy value chain and across multiple geographies, with the goal of decarbonising industry. Join Energy Bay Developments to play a pivotal role as we are expanding and seeking an experienced SAA Accredited Installer (PV and BESS) & Site Supervisor with the ability to manage commercial solar and BESS installation sites. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive sustainability across Victoria. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage commercial solar and BESS installation sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to apprentices and site teams.Maintain clear and consistent communication with the projects and operations teams.Ensure compliance with WHS, electrical, and industry regulations.Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.Qualifications & ExperienceSAA Accreditation Design & Install Grid-Connected Systems (PV & BESS).Minimum 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Current A-Class Electrical Licence.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, mentor apprentices and manage subcontractors and drive accountability.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Thrives in high-pressure environments, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent project demands.Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and customer service.Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.Have an affinity with Energy Bays Mission and Values.Youll Love Working Here BecauseWere a successful, fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial vibe.Opportunities to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects.Opportunities for further training and certification in the renewable energy sector.You get to work with a smart, experienced leadership team that are open to fresh ideas.Supportive and collaborative team environment.We believe in responsibility and reward you for taking initiative.Ready to generate change?
