Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About The RoleWe are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our supportive teams in Juniper Guwardi Ngadu and Juniper Gerdewoonem aged care homes, located in Fitzroy Crossing and Derby, regional Western Australia. Juniper fosters a warm, community-orientated environment where residents can personalize their spaces and engage in a range of activities supported by compassionate staff and local connections.You will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, offering high quality, resident focused physiotherapy services.This role is a full-time position and will require travel regularly between both sites in both Derby and Fitzroy Crossing. (2x weeks Derby/1x week Fitzroy Crossing)Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies to meet each client''s unique needsDesign both individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged to optimize their function and independenceThrough equipment assessment and prescription, identify and provide solutions that support client autonomy and well-beingFoster collaboration and successful outcomes by communicating effectively with clients, families, and caregiversEnsure seamless care coordination and accurate progress tracking through meticulous record-keepingWork closely and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants to achieve the desired outcomes for your clientsKey RequirementsCurrent FULL registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (essential)Previous experience working within aged careStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality careWhats On OfferCompetitive remuneration based on experience + 10$ Kimberely allowance per hour + 11.5% superannuation.Salary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax freeAccess to subsidized accommodation and relocation allowanceGenerous annual leave loading of 17.5%Access to Juniperks offering exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and moreHow To ApplyDont miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role!For more information, contact Carly, Recruitment Advisor at 0861196207.We encourage people of all ages and cultures to apply.
