Responsibilities Lead and architect complex Amazon Q and Gen AI Application solutions, establishing technical direction and best practices for enterprise-scale implementations Lead development and implementation of strategies for training, fine-tuning, and optimizing generative AI Application Design to ensure high performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging AWS AI/ML services and infrastructure Design and integrate Gen AI applications into existing third-party applications like SAML (Okta, Azure AD), with AWS services like IDC and DynamoDB, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and adherence to security best practices Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across multiple customer engagements Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Gen AI Strategists, Customer Project Managers, user experience designers, and AWS AI/ML specialists, to ensure the effective integration of generative AI outputs into end-user applications, while considering user experience, accessibility, and ethical implications Build and maintain relationships with key business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive adoption of Gen AI solutions Lead workshops and discussions with Customer stakeholders and AWS Security specialists to design, deliver, and maintain secure and resilient Gen AI solutions, adhering to Amazon''s security and compliance standards Lead and contribute to the development of reusable tools, libraries, and frameworks for building and deploying Amazon Q Applications, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Amazon AI/ML community About The Team AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments.
