About The RoleThe Senior Reservations Consultant plays a vital role within the Reservations Team, providing support and leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our customer service and booking processes. This exciting role covers all the essential duties of a Reservations Consultant, from expertly inputting bookings into CustomLinc to providing exceptional, timely service that leaves our customers smiling. You''ll also be focused on converting inquiries into sales and driving our team''s success every day.Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Training and mentoring new Reservations ConsultantsMaintaining up-to-date training materials and manualsAssisting in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Providing relief support in the Reservations Supervisor role, as requiredStay up to date with all Cruise Whitsundays products, timetables, and current promotionsAbout YouWe are seeking a dynamic candidate who embodies a strong team player mentality, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach, coupled with a positive, energetic attitude.
