Overview Store Manager | BONDS | Macarthur Square a full-time role at Hanes Brands Australasia. This is a 38-hour-per-week position. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Bonds MacArthur Store team. Responsibilities Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs. Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes. Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use discretion to make commercial decisions. Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks. Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team. Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
