There is an excellent opportunity for a Retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager to work in this fast-food restaurant on a full-time basis. Job-type: Full-time Location: Shepparton, Victoria Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: Assist the Restaurant/Retail Manager in meeting daily KPIs by motivating, coaching, and guiding the team. Support Restaurant/Retail Manager in staff training and development, enhancing team knowledge in product features and customer service standards. Lead assigned shifts to deliver quick, accurate service across front counter/drive-thru/dining, following Hungry Jacks standards. Act as second-in-charge in the Restaurant/Retail Managers absence, ensuring smooth operations, staff supervision, and continuity of service. Coordinate day-to-day store operations, including stock control, deliveries, rostering, and workflow efficiency. Monitor stock levels during the shift, record waste/variances, receive deliveries as required, and flag low stock to the Manager Provide exemplary customer service, greeting and assisting customers, handling routine complaints and escalate complex complaints. Assist the Restaurant/Retail Manager in execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and in-store marketing initiatives. Ensure appropriate display of products along with their pricing tags as directed Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and assist the Manager in implementing business strategies to boost productivity and achieve sales goals. Perform cash handling at shift level: till checks, cash-up support, POS reconciliation, and add incident notes as per policy. Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures under the guidance of the Restaurant/Retai l Manager. Qualifications and Experience: At least 1 year of supervision experience in QSR/ fast food industry. Certificate II or III in Retail/Hospitality or Business or relevant field or extensive experience can substitute the requirement of formal qualification Australian work experience is essential. Confident leading small teams on shift Knowledge of operations, ordering supplies, and customer service practices. Skills: Good communication skills. Comfortable with POS/till procedures, basic reconciliations, and incident notes. Basic food safety & hygiene knowledge Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment You must have full-time work rights.
