This role is your opportunity to step into a real-time, high-output environment and help us push its performance even further.In this role, youll:Optimise the efficiency and uptime of our GTP and automation platformsSupport preventative maintenance activities and weekday servicingWork closely with Engineering, DC Operations and Planning to align labour and automation strategiesAnalyse system and operational data to maximise output and ensure consistent lead times at lowest costDevelop and improve scalable processes across low, medium and peak demand periodsWhat were looking for:A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringNatural leadership qualities youve led a team, even if not yet in the workplaceA proactive mindset with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentFamiliarity with automation systems (e.g. Schaefer/SSI) a bonusStrong skills in Excel, data analysis, and clear communicationFlexibility in adapting to rotating shift (morning/afternoon/night) essential.This is a practical, hands-on role with visibility across the full operation.
