Youll take calls from chefs, kitchen teams and hospitality businesses placing orders or seeking advice. Your support will help keep their operations running smoothly.Youll work closely with our sales reps and sales manager to ensure customers are well looked after and systems stay up-to-date. The role will also require you to:Answer inbound phone calls and take ordersMake Outbound calls to new and existing customersBuild trusted relationships with regular customersRespond to emails and product enquiries in a timely manner.Process orders accurately using internal softwareOnboard new customers and assign to sales repsLiaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issuesMaintain accurate customer and product recordsThis is a great opportunity to become part of a high energy, dynamic team providing service to our internal and external customers.
