We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours.As a Food Services Assistant, your primary role is to assist in the delivery of meals across the residence and support the home in line with service standards and the Food Safety Program guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Delivery of meals across dining areas within a residence.Work with other catering staff and assist with the preparation of basic food items as required or directed by a supervisor.Provide support for function planning and delivery.Ensure adherence to the catering facilities'' Food Safety Program schedule.Assist customers with service delivery in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.Maintain safe food handling practices and compliance within the catering department.About You:A warm, compassionate, and reliable team memberAbility to listen and understand clients'' needs and requirementsAvailability to work over a 7-day rosterRelevant Industry Training Food Handling and Hygiene CertificatePrevious experience in aged care or industry cateringKnowledge of Food Safety and HACCP complianceWhats in it for you?Baptcare focuses on living our values with a culture of genuine respect, support, and positive intention.
