They are focused on achieving immediate and lasting changes, within a culturally diverse and safe environment.About the roleAs a Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) Caseworker, you will provide intensive wrap-around case management to women and children (aged 018) experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic and family violence, and other complex issues. This role focuses on delivering practical support, advocacy, and referrals while fostering resilience, safety, and empowerment for families.You will work collaboratively with clients to develop case plans, provide outreach where required, and engage with key community networks and service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding case management, advocacy, and referral support to women and children experiencing complex challenges.Developing client-led case plans using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches.Engaging in outreach service delivery and accompanying clients to appointments as needed.Building strong community and agency networks to support client outcomes.Maintaining accurate records and contributing to organisational events, workshops, and community programs.About youTo succeed in this role, you will be an empathetic and experienced practitioner that thrives in supporting women and children in vulnerable situations.
