Based onsite at Teneriffe, Brisbane, youll draw on your experience in accounts payable and finance systems to maintain accurate financial records and support smooth operations across the business.Youll make an impact by:Processing 700800 invoices per month accurately, including coding, entry, and matching to POs/docketsManaging end-to-end accounts payable processes, including payment schedules, reconciliations, and monthly supplier statement reviewsEnsuring compliance with company policies and supporting month-end and ad-hoc financial reportingBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external suppliersManaging accounts emails, credit applications, and resolving accounts queriesAssisting the team with ad-hoc accounts duties and contributing to continuous process improvementsWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:3+ years experience in accounts payable or finance operations, ideally within construction, engineering, or miningStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel essential), MYOB, Workbench; experience with IFS is advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, collaboratively, and proactively within a teamStrong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindsetHighly organised with superior administrative skills, able to achieve tight deadlinesDriven, resilient, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethicCommitment to supporting internal and external clients and contributing to a growing organisationIdeally, you will also have:Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of compliance and reporting requirementsPrevious experience in an engineering or construction environmentWhy M2P Engineering?At M2P, we do a whole lot: engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance the list goes on.
