If youve built up skills in your industry and enjoy helping others learn, this could be the role for you.As a Sessional Trainer, youll engage with a different cohort each week and deliver short, industry-specific, job-ready programs across areas such as:Digital & Business Skills computer basics, digital literacy, business support, customer service, retail, and preparing for employmentCleaning & Housekeeping commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping, and industry readinessHorticulture practical skills for entry-level horticulture rolesConstruction & Renewable Energy construction sector essentials, workplace safety, and solar/tech readinessWarehousing & Production warehousing, pick packing, food manufacturing, and process work essentialsAbout You:Passionate about working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, sharing your skills and helping others succeedHands-on industry experience and/or relevant qualificationsCertificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with required upgrades) EssentialWhat Youll Need:Current drivers license and own car to travel to training sites and transport equipment (up to 20 kgs - cafe machines, warehousing gear, training materials, etc.)Flexibility to travel to different training locations each week; accommodation provided for trips over 90 minutes.
