We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist PT or FT, to join our growing team in the Forster/Taree and surrounding area.You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Together we help people feel loved, valued and respected every day.About youDegree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registrationDemonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the communityPost graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settingsComprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care modelsConfident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated computer literacyAlignment with BaptistCares values and missionCurrent first aid certificate or willingness to obtainUnrestricted drivers licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.About us:We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
