To thrive here, you should ideally have:Management/ leadership experienceThe ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.A natural ability to motivate and inspire your teamSkills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), youll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the stores profitability.
