OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative Director and General Manager, working with external agencies, collaborating with our Social Media Admin Assistant to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate projects, and drive brand growth. You will manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, and contribute toward achieving our overall marketing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination & Execution:Support the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.Coordinate tasks between internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure they align with the brands objectives.Help implement creative strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.Collaboration with External Agency:Act as the primary point of contact for the external agency, ensuring alignment between the agencys deliverables and internal marketing objectives.Review and provide feedback on creative briefs, content, and campaign performance reports from the agency.Collaborate with the agency on the development of digital assets, content, and marketing strategies, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Project Management:Oversee the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.Track project milestones and help manage budgets for ongoing marketing activities.Coordinate between various internal stakeholders (like the Social Media/Marketing Coordinator, design team, and sales) to ensure smooth execution.Collaboration with Social Media Admin Assistant:Work closely with the Social Media Admin Assistant and Graphic Designer to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.Provide support in developing content strategies for social media, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.Reporting & Analytics:Help track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Prepare reports on the performance of campaigns, including digital metrics, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI).Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and drive growth.Administrative Support:Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and content for promotional materials, newsletters, and other communication channels.Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines for campaigns and projects are clearly communicated and met.Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and product launches, both digital and in-person.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, ideally with exposure to working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.Skills:Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices across digital and traditional channels.Experience with project management tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion) and social media platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance.Additional InformationReporting to the Creative Director & Operations ManagerThe role offers opportunities to work on diverse marketing initiatives and grow within a supportive and creative environment.Employment TypePart-timeJob FunctionMarketingIndustries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
