Please Quote Reference Number 13856Attractive remuneration package on offerJoin the team at Solenis Australia in Kwinana, WASolenis solves tough water treatment, process improvement and hygiene challenges for customers in consumer, industrial, institutional, food and beverage, and pool and spa water markets through people, experience and technology.We require a Supply and Distribution: Procurement Specialist to join our team in Kwinana, WA.Duties and responsibilities include:Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and import strategies for raw materials, parts and services;Creating and implementing local policies and procedures relating to supply chain activities undertaken for and by Kwinana site;Preparing and implementing procurement plans to maintain required stock levels at best cost to the business;Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements;Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels to agreed regional targets;Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times;Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions;Directing team members in their activities and supporting their performance and professional development;Provision of products and services to meet customer or client requirements.To be considered, you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 5 years of relevant employment experience.This is a full-time role, and an immediate start is available.
