Your focus will be on:Driving growth consistently deliver against year-on-year sales growth targets, with a focus on securing new accounts and lifting revenue across biscuits, manufacturing, and Summerland Farm.Building connections develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective B2B and B2C customers, setting up meet-and-greet opportunities, coffee catchups, and facility tours.Creating opportunities actively prospect, pitch, and negotiate with customers across FMCG, retail, wholesale, hospitality, and corporate markets.Managing your pipeline build, track, and report on an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate insights into conversion rates and revenue results to guide decision-making.Representing Aruma attend expos, open days, and events to promote products and generate leads, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, positive first impression.Collaborating with teams maintain regular touchpoints with each business line lead (biscuits, manufacturing, and Summerland Farm) to align on opportunities, priorities, and delivery.Handing over with care ensure a seamless transition for new customers to account managers, building trust and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.What youll bring:Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in FMCG, food, retail/wholesale, or manufacturing.Strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship management skills, with confidence in cold calling and prospecting.A high level of energy, motivation, and resilience you thrive on the chase and stay focused on results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Commercial savvy and customer-first thinking, able to spot opportunities and balance outcomes with long-term impact.Why join Aruma?At Aruma, youll not only be rewarded with a competitive package and the chance to grow your career youll also be part of something bigger.
