Warehouse Manager Weir Minerals Perth Airport Onsite We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Perth Distribution Centre, located near Perth Airport. This role covers all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, supply to Service Centres, and distribution to domestic and international customers. Success in this position requires authentic leadership, lateral thinking, and the ability to anticipate and address operational challenges before they arise. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations across domestic and international markets. Tertiary qualifications in warehousing Demonstrated ability to drive process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional outcomes. Proficient in SAP with EWM module within SAP and the capability to train others and perform business analytics.
