As an Early Childhood Trainee Diploma Educator, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in early childhood education while working under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals. This role is designed to provide practical training and support towards obtaining a formal qualification in the Early Years Sector. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will also be well-supported in your role by our Education Leader/ECT and Service Leader who will mentor and support you through your learning journey. Your skills and experience We are looking for motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment. You will also have: An approved Australian Childrens Education & Care Quality Authority qualification, Diploma (see list of approved qualifications).
