Your next career opportunity As a Library Site and Facilities Support Officer, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent student experiences across library spaces. You''ll assist in managing facilities, coordinating projects, and maintaining assets. This role offers you the chance to contribute to the improvement of university-wide operations while developing skills in facilities management, OHS, and data analysis. Your responsibilities Support Daily Operations: Assist in managing Scholarly Services site operations and act as a secondary point of contact for space and facilities projects. Maintain Facilities and Assets: Inspect and review facilities, recommend improvements, and assist with compliance-based asset maintenance plans. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Support the Library Site and Facilities Coordinator in meeting University standards for occupancy and OHS. Contribute to Reporting: Assist with metrics reporting by compiling data and running reports as required. You may be a great fit if You are a proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills, able to manage competing demands and prioritise workloads in a busy environment while maintaining excellent communication with diverse stakeholders. You may also Have undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Possess strong initiative and problem-solving skills. Be physically capable of relocating equipment and minor furniture items. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and experience working with raw data for reporting. Ideally have experience with space improvement projects, facilities management, OHS, and assets management.
