Our success comes from placing people our customers and staff at the forefront of our business.About the OpportunityWe are currently offering a full-time Sales Support Merchandise opportunity to join our Katanning team. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers.Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesWhat well love about youTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. Youll have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
