Responsibilities As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing operations on shift to meet high brand standards, customer promise, quality and safety requirements. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences with every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well-presented, clean and safe restaurant while utilising strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods, including involvement in food preparation and service. Qualifications / What were looking for Expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, inspiration and support skills to help the crew perform at their best each shift.
