We have locations across the South East Queensland region including, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Caboolture, Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Hervey Bay/Maryborough.About the RoleAs a Community Support Worker in our Caboolture Team, you will be providing domestic and social support to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders eligible aged members. The role will require you to perform in accordance with Client Care plans and the Aged Care Standards.
