Headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland since 1834, Sulzer combines tradition with innovation to deliver excellence.What Youll Be DoingAs a Turbine Blader, youll play a critical role in the repair and overhaul of steam and gas turbines:Inspect, repair, de-blade and re-blade turbine rotors and casingsDisassemble mechanical equipment with precision, ensuring QA complianceInstall and secure turbine blades, supporting rotor balancing (static & dynamic)Work on outages and overhaul projects for power generation and industrial customersCollaborate with fitters, machinists, welders, and engineers to deliver complete turbine overhaulsWhat Youll NeedTrade qualification (Fitter/Machinist, Turbine Technician, or similar) with turbine-specific trainingHands-on experience with steam and/or gas turbine maintenance (power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industry ideal)High attention to detail, precision, and safety focusWhy Work With Sulzer?We dont just offer jobs, we build careers.
