Whether youre just starting out or ready to step up, this is a chance to join a supportive team, learn on the job, and take your career further.The Role What Youll DoInstall, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systemsDiagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshopComplete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicingWork safely in line with industry and company proceduresSupport a team committed to getting the job done right the first timeWho Were Looking ForEntry Level:A strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitudeBackground in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonusWilling to learn and grow into a long-term careerExperienced:Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward itProven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing beltsAbility to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomesThe EssentialsManual drivers licence (HR an advantage)Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medicalWilling to live within 45 minutes of Mudgee (not a FIFO/DIDO role)Must be clean-shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)Why Choose Reliable?Were not just a job were a launchpad for your career.
