We use premium local ingredients for our delicious, classic, and on-trend recipes. We have now opened our Thurgoona location and we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Venue Manager (AVM) who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. We don''t want a clipboard manager - we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change. As our AVM, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will assist the Venue Manager & Franchisee in the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensure the highest level of customer service.Assist the Venue Manager & Franchisee in the daily operations of the restaurant.Manage inventory, schedule staff, and maintain facilities. QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.A track record of working towards KPIs and meeting financial targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for driving change and continuous improvement.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.A hands-on and can-do attitude.
