For 28 years we have offered community and in-house support in a number of states around Australia promoting a person centred approach to support. We are a passionate team who work with people with disabilities to support them to become independent and live the lives they want to live.About the RoleAs a Team Leader at Healthscope Independence Services, youll play a key role in supporting the Residential Supervisor to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our residential site. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll guide and support staff, coordinate training, assist with client services, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Youll be responsible for managing your own time and priorities, supporting compliance and quality standards, and helping drive a positive and inclusive culture. Your work will directly contribute to empowering people with disability to have greater choice and control over their lives, in alignment with NDIS and other sector standards.This is a dynamic role that offers variety across administration, client support, training coordination, and project work, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment.To be successful in this roleYoure a proactive and compassionate leader with a Certificate IV in Disability and a strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector. You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with resilience and resourcefulness.Youre confident in guiding and motivating staff, building collaborative relationships, and communicating clearly and effectively. Youre committed to continuous learning and quality improvement, and you model Healthscopes values in everything you do.To be successful, youll need:Certificate IV in DisabilityCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid CertificateCompliance with mandatory vaccinationsInterested in finding out more?
