Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Sushi Artisans committed to serving the highest quality product and service for every customer.Store Manager Key responsibilitiesLead and develop a team aligned to the Sushi Sushi valuesCreate an environment where the team can deliver the ultimate customer experience, every timeUnderstand store KPIs and drive sales growth by proactively improving the stores presentation, product and customer experienceEnsure the store continues to produce the highest quality sushiLead an environment committed to food safety and workplace safetyManage stocktakes, COGS and labour within your store, aiming for continuous improvementFor this role you will needA passion for sushi and the customer experienceMinimum 1-2 years experience leading and motivating a teamStrong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service rolesGreat communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse range of employeesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in sushi production is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is a mustFull working rights within AustraliaCareer growth & trainingThis career opportunity has the potential to be a springboard to further growth and development.
