Apply now to be part of our team.Lumina Care are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality care and support to clients across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.Whats on offer?Permanent Full-timeMetropolitan and Regional VictoriaCompetitive hourly rates plus superannuation and weekly payFlexible shift allocationsSupportive and collaborative team environmentConsistent support from our friendly scheduling and care coordination teamRewarding work making a real difference in peoples livesYou will be responsible for:Providing personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and meal supportSupporting client with mobility, communication, and daily living needsParticipating in implementing and reviewing individualised care plansFollowing behaviour and therapy support plans for clients with dementia or complex needsObserving, documenting, and reporting changes in clients health or wellbeing to the care teamAssisting with basic rehabilitation exercises and prescribed treatments under supervisionDelivering person-centred care in line with Maple Care Solutions values and quality standardsWorking and caring for people with physical and mental disabilitiesMaintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all clientsOther duties as required by the organisation and roleTo be successful in this role you will have:Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Ageing SupportMinimum of 12 months experience working in aged care or community care settingsWillingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hoursA roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current Australian drivers licenceA genuine passion for supporting the elderly and individuals with diverse care needsStrong understanding of person-centred care and maintaining clients dignity and independenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residentsThe ability, and commitment, to uphold high standards of workCurrent First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)Current Police CheckFull Australian working rights and up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinationsCurrent Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and NDIS Screening CheckHow to ApplyClick APPLY to submit your application today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
